More Cheap Chicken

$.75/lb leg quarters, couldn't resist not getting some, so more smoked chicken it is.
Again not seasoned, cherry and peach wood for smoke.

Quarters done.......


.......and resting, waiting for them to cool a bit so I can pull them. Plan on using some of it for enchiladas tonight for dinner.
