Tired of turkey....made some flat bread pizza things....been wanting to
try a white clam pizza, sauteed some clams and butter and garlic and
put ricotta on the flat bread (will skip that next time) and then
lotsa mozza and the clams. Not bad.

after the turkey, I needed beef, so I pulled out some smoked chuck,
grabbed a french bread and made garlic toast, layered on the chuck
and mozz with pickles, and it was nom nom time

That is by far the best looking sub I have ever seen.
It will be made and consumed in my home very soon.

Nick, where you live you should be able to find a
good one...only one place here has one, and I haven't
had it yet.

Tim from Swampsauce is coming down in January I think,
hopefully he'll try one with me.

I'd tear this sub up, but what's up with not putting on some onions!?! Onions should be required for almost every sandwich. :)
