Meatball Subs
A couple of sub rolls with some of the dough scooped out
And a pot of sauce with meatballs and sausage that’s been simmering for a couple of hours
Just seems right that they meet up with some mozzarella cheese
Put them together and what have you got?
My wife was right, one of those would have been enough for both of us but we ate the whole thing. No wonder I did not sleep well last night
