1# mushrooms
4T EVOO
3T white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup red onion minced
2T fresh oregano
2T fresh thyme
1/2t salt
1/2t black pepper corns
1/4 cup coriander seed
Wash mushrooms-remove stems.
Boil in salted water for 10 min.
Drain and let cool.
Refrigerate over night.
Take out 10 min before serving.
