well I've got a Sams. I'll check it out, don't remember seeing it.
Myrtle Beach is fried seafood heaven, so it's hard to find smoking stuff.

And Danny knew this because he knew good barbecue; his grandfather would barbecue whole hogs North Carolina-style, using a mop (?A regular floor mop, really?) to baste the pig all day, waiting until the skin crisped a penny-coloured crisp, until the apple in its mouth went soggy, until the meat sung with succulence.

If you would have looked at this yesterday...
You're like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz... You had the power all along... You just didn't know how to use it.
Now crank up that gas cooker... and mop... baby... mop.

I like to cook with all wood personally. I enjoy the tending of the fire. I enjoy the heady aroma of the smoke. As Lude said, it is really a personal thing. If you are going to get into the chemistry of it all, let's look at char grilling steaks..............

So why is it when I post that someone is a pussy, the word gets changed by our illustrious administrator but when someone else posts the same word, it remains??? Preferential treatment?? What does that say about this wonderful board???
