Yep, that sure looks good to me. Here's my takeout from Publix supermarket. Boar's Head Salsalito turkey in Campbell's brown gravey and Ore Ida french fries. Fast, easy, and tasty.

Po-boys originated from back in the early days of the Great Depression. Small restraunt owners set up shop near camps where the traveling workers lived and made cheap meals for 'em. The most popular was a "poor boy sandwhich". It consisted basically of bread, gravy, and meat. It was hot, cheap and filled 'em up. The workers who, coincidently, often came from poorer backgrounds with little or no education were used to speaking in colloquisms and shortened the name to "po-boy".

There's also a story about a pair of brothers in New Orleans who owned a sandwhich shop that vowed to feed striking streetcar workers. You pick which one to believe.
