Hey Cliff you had asked me to post some pic's of how to load the charcoal. I took some quick pic's last night, but I will try to take better ones for you soon.
This is the remaining original bag in which I cooked all last weekend on. The piece of metal in the bottom is where the ashes drop through as they burn.
I've add the remainder of and old bag of lump I had. It was more than enough to bake potates at 375* for over an hour and to grill the veggies and steak at 500*
This is how I light it with a hose torch, you don't need to do it this way but it's super easy for the Primos as well as anyother charcoal grill/smoker. I normally light it from underneath the grate, but did it this way for you to see.
