Lil bit o Onyawn... lil bot o beef stock and whoooooweeee!
If it were that easy...
Been making it since noon.
Started with ~ 3 lbs leftover chuck scraps from chili makin...browned in oil, mirepoix, garlic, herbs:

Cover with water... Then...
6-7 medium onions that looked like this :
An hour or so later :
I was gunna toast some bread, then opened the cupboard and spotted a half a bag of leftover herbed stuffing bread cubes....Perfect!
A couple slices of cheddar (all I had, but it's still awesome!)
A splat of Rooster sauce.... oh Hell yeah!

Awwwwwwwwwww yeah babe.
