Is that really alligator? If it is good eye JB.....Ive only had it once at the big BASS PRO shop restaraunt....It was good. Oh and their grouper sandwich was to die for.

LOL, JB got you going DB, it's chicken. Some restaurants serve fried gator bites as an appetizer and it really does taste like chicken to me.

Kinda nerdish, but I just read a book that praised alligator nutritionally. Said it's the best of both worlds, with all the Omega 3's and whatnot of fish, and more protein than beef or chicken. I'd like to try it, but I've never seen one in Utah.
