For what it is worth, I attended a KCBS Judging Class in Ohio today and found it very worthwhile. Almost 50 participants, cooks and "backyarders" like myself all good people. The folks from KCBS were very helpful and Mike Lake the instructor and KCBS Rep. was great. If you have never done it I would recommend attending a class. I even have a better understanding of Greg's ongoing quandary about garnishing the box
