Gingerbread responds better to the hot and fast method...cook it at 375* for 7-9 minutes

I just dont see the need for a intervention here.. in a world where todays kids want nothing to do with their parents, youve got a son who obviously shares a great love for the same thing as you ... some parents would give almost anything to have that kind of connection with their kids.
