It was very very windy here yesterday, too windy to light up the grill. So we cooked some ribeyes under th broiler, not bad but not as good as grilled. Rubbed down with WRB and garlic mashed potatoes.

 
When I saw the title I though there was a cut of meat I wasn't familar with :LOL:
Nice job Larry....I'll take a plate.
 
Looks great Larry, We have to cook inside too during thunderstorms, Lightning hurts like hell :LOL:
 
Nice meats. We have the damned wind today. I'm smoking ribs and a pastrami It's COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where's summer????
