Indoor cooks

been cold, so vegetable beef soup, and rancheros huevos.

Use some beef ribs (browned in bacon grease)
to make a good stock, added beef stock
and the vegetables...heck, it's soup

Re: Indoor cooks

After my investigations, I determined I browned the ground beef,
seen in the corner of this pic, before I browned the ribs. Both went
into the soup.
