Welcome Scott, You may want to pick up a FoodSaver. They are awesome for storing Q and make reheating a breeze. Just drop the bag into a pot of boiling water and there you have it! :biggrin:

It looked good to me. What did you cook it in?
I started to make a joke about cooking on a plate on top a gas range isn't TRADITIONAL BBQ, but I won't.
