Stopped by the butcher and picked up a pound of Choice Ground Chuck. Mixed it up with some S&P and half a package of.

The burgers were so good we did not use any condiments on them. There’s just a world of difference between the local butcher shop and the supermarket me
 
Were those rings homade and cooked in the oven?
They look deep fried :shock:

Ore-Ida in the oven. They make chopped onion and sliced onion versions, get the sliced onion.
