Got to send this one to Larry. Stuff will light you up but good. 2 ounces $15.00. Had my butcher put a ounce in my Italian sausage mix of 10 pounds. Half a ounce on the next batch will do. Think I have to add some plain to the last batch to mellow it out a tad. Dang. it's HOT stuff. I can take the heat for the most part, but not that stuff. Next morning in the bathroom is fun too. It's on the way Larry.
