Healthy eating ain't that bad at all. I've honestly gotta say this was one of the best omelets I've ever made or eaten.
2 MorningStar Veggie Sausage Patties
1 whole egg and the whites of 2 eggs
1/4 cup of bell pepper diced
1/4 cup red onion diced
3 TBS of Salsa
2 TBS Park Skim Cheddar Cheese
S&P to taste
If I had an omelet made with regular sausage and all whole eggs, I'd still rather eat this one! I'm serious, this was fantastic!
