I'm hooked on this Head Country Rub and Sauce. Rubbed some chicken wings with the rub and baked at 375 for about 1 hour. Tossed in their "Hot BBQ Sauce" and finished under the broiler. Oh man, can't wait till I get to serve these during football season!

Why did you keep the tips on? You eat em? Just curious.

When the tips get nice and crunchy they are awesome! I love the tips!

We call the tips "flappers". So you are telling us that the flappers are good to eat? Do you peel the shells off of shrimp or do you eat those too?

Depends if the shell cooperates. If it's hard to peel it gets eaten too. Adds a little texture the next day!
