Got me Corned Beef on.. Had to MAPP gas torch my way into the smoker with the 5-6 inches of sleet we had last night.. But I got it done..

Also havin:

Garlic Potato Farl with Sauteed Scallions and Turnips ( Irish Potato Pancake)
Bacon Fat Braised Red Cabbage with Apples and Onions
Sauted Leeks with Smoked Prosciutto and Pistachios

Between that and the Red Wine, I won't be able to walk later BEGOHRA !!!

I just got home from work and my beautiful Irish wife already has the boiled dinner cookin' :D

Just put her in the oven for a 3 hour cook. Corned beef over sliced onion, crushed garlic, carrots, white new potatoes and some red wine. Will post finished pics in a few hours

 
Dang luck of the Irish. We all Welch as far as I can tell. I think we only eat oatmeal.

Pulled the taters out at the halfway point. Brother came over and his son and enjoyed it as much as we did. This is a simple easy corned beef that only took about 3 hours Ive leftovers for hash today! [smilie=banana.gif]

 
Yep, since we were on the plane all day yesterday we are doing ours tonight. LOVE corned beaf and cabbage. Got an extra one for the smoker later on.
