Nice spur of the moment meal!!! Skip the sour cream and put a couple over easy eggs on top of my plate!!

If a person added a few noodles and served the veggies on the side that could pass for goulash at my house. Now green beans do not count for beans so it would also require real beans..aka Pintos also on the side. Or a person could add the beans to the meat and serve all the other stuff on the side. That is goulash for S. Texas folks and called chili by yankees from up near Amarillo.
