Ham and eggs

This morning I had a hankerin for ham and eggs so I cooked some up in my cast iron skillets along with wheat toast.

Two eggs over easy with two slices of ham and wheat toast.

Wow that looks good. Only thing I notice missing is the fried tates and the Ranch Style or Pork n Beans. That give a person a redneck Texican breakfast. Add that to the agenda next time

Re: Ham and eggs

I eat ham and eggs for breakfast. It is a family favorite food. In this recipe a beautiful golden brown crust and inside are slices of ham, nicely cooked eggs.. It is nice in test..
