Tomorrow am cooking a case of briskets... 85 lbs of flats, which brings this years total of pork and brisket combined to 993 lbs of meat that has crossed the smoker since Jan. 1 of this year.

Keep in mind... this figure does not include the ungodly amount of chicken I have cooked this year AND several cases of St. Louis Ribs AND who knows how many pork loins.

Yes, I do cook alot... I just don't take the time to take pictures of it all.

I hadn't thought about how much meat I had cooked this year. Would be intresting if I had kept records. Not in Garys league though.
