Good/Bad Store

I found a bad/good local store today…..http://premiergourmet.com/catalog/ they had all kinds of cool cooking stuff and gourmet ingredients….and one hell of a selection of beer and an awesome liquor store next door…
Today we picked up…..a knive, some Hungarian Paprika, some truffle oil, mineral oil for the wood pusher….and something for the kids.



Next time I go back I’m getting some of that parma ham and the serano ham…and some other stuff (?) this could be a real bad thing.

Do mashed taters with a splash of truffle oil. Good stuff indeed.
