Got some ribs on now...and he's itching to do some butts....I think we are going to do a Peameal/Canadian Bacon video this weekend..he likes to play with the injector.

That is a great pic Dave. I am glad you and your boys ( and Wife ) share a common interest like bbq.

My youngest girl (8 ) thinks EVERYTHING that come off the smoker is CHICKEN.

My oldest girl (10) wants to be a Vet, so therefore I am killing animals and she doesn't eat animals....... Except for shrimp and chicken and bologna.

Our son is demanding to come with me overnight to
cook a pig tonight.....he tries his best to stay up...
last one he made it till about 3:30AM. .....
