Boneless, skinless chicken breast dipped in a mixture of flour and Italian bread crumbs then fried in olive oil and bacon grease.

I been playin with differnt oils for fryin. each type has a dfferent end flavor/result
 
looks really good John, love them chicken breast, found a deal on a case of them yesterday for $1.39 a pound for 40 pounds.
 
Looks great John! I need that kinda chicken for my "scale down" diet! That really looks good and kinda healthy! ScottydaQ... here is your skin and bones...Southerners just can't give up some stuff...
