Friday Night Jukebox
There’s a guy named Chez that posts often over on Ray Basso’s forum. He’s always got the best recipes and a good story to tell. Some of you know of him but for those who don’t…Chez John is a retired chef from New Orleans living in the Midwest where he grew up. He spends many of his weekends picking on his guitar with different Blue Grass bands that happen to be in the area. He cooks on a WSM and cooks for a couple of single mothers 2 or 3 times a week. Damned good man from what I know! Recently, he started “Friday Night Jukeboxâ€

Whoa.....DUDE???? Sorry to hear that they are so , like, closed minded!!!!! Alot of great comaraderie, fellowship, and cool advice like, here. Maybe "quality" is better than "quantity" here. People that are "high maintenace" tend to suck the life and fun outta these forums, ya know? If this was only informational without the personalities? I can get that out of a book. Sorry we put them off early on, but, maybe we're better off in the long run? Woody
