The fried fish is the whiting form the kayak video and the fried okra is the first harvest from my garden..The whiting & okra are coated with "Louisiana Fish Fry" & The Best Stop Cajun Seasoning...Life is good!!!

Looks mighty good SS. When I used to fish we would have um 2-3 times every week and I started frying okra with the fish and believe it or not the kids liked the okra better than the fries.

Fried food is very popular down. Its on every menu at all restaurants, po boy joints even grocery store deli's sell fried stuff.
