I've only done it once. It's such a weird concept since cooking covered bbq and grilling with a lid all these years. It's just so fn fun. Feeden logs to the fire while feeden beers to the tummy
You'd think it would have heavy smoke cooking over logs but surprisingly it's just a subtle smoke flavor and better than any other I've had in my opinion. I think I'm saving up for this one. They are only a couple hours north.
