It is slow here in NC also. I believe Greg said they may be doing updates on the host side.

I have submitted a ticket for them to check on this. It seems to have just slowed down within the last 24hrs. It also looks like the other pages on the site have taken longer to load as well...so it might be some kind of server thing on their end.

It's better than yesterday, but still way slow.

Email I recieved from tech support after I called them this morning:

Hello Greg Rempe;

During a recent review of your site, we were not able to duplicate an issue with slow load speed.

You should note that is our shared webhosting environment, it is possible that intermittent load conditions may occur due to the action of some websites on a server monopolizing server resources; these conditions are generally detected and corrected by automated monitoring software within a relatively short period of their occurrence.

We apologize if your recent experience of slowness was due to a high load state condition.

Dwight
Technical Specialist

Thanks for your patients folks...and forward me your concerns directly so I can handle it accordingly...sorry my post was so tardy...was at the hospital all day...Wittdog and I were communicating through IM on my phone and his computer!
