for the game tonight...tater skins wit a Mexi-twist.



Half taters hollowed out, flipped over and sprayed with oo, dusted with Montreal steak seasoning, then flipped and dusted with Prudhomme's fajita magic, filled with butter, chorizo, cheese and jala peps. Baked again, topped with sour cream and dusted again with the fajita magic.

Not bad.
