Some pics of two of the cooks I've done on the new Klose. I've had it going almost every weekend since I've gotten it getting it seasoned and ready for first comp in July in Franklin Pa. It's really starting to cook nicely. Still has been filled all at once but did have four full racks of thighs and drumsticks from my first catering job two days ago. Also did 10 butts the same day but had them in the cambro by the time the chicken was ready to go on. Pretty good timing for an amateur huh?
