Spent last weekend fishing for perch up in Ontario with my Dad and bro. We caught around 600 on Saturday and around 300 on Sunday..A ton of little guys..brought home about 50 12inchers. Will fry them up Wed. night.

Heres the first fish in the boat Sat. am. Earned my brother $10.00. Good thing we just said first fish and didn't mention size...

Looks like a great time John. Try this on them. Merinate in Newmans Ceaser for an hour or so then into the oven. GOOD Stuff.

Great stuff there John. Val loves to fish, and can clean them faster than you can say done. Growing up just up the street of lake Ontario and her dad's boat, she's a fishing fiend! Me? I'd rater shoot trap.

Looks great! I love perch. Unfortunately, all the Yellow's up here have black spot disease....but I like white perch better anyway. Easier to fillet, and better taste IMO.
