is getting some national coverage now...just in case anyone wondered,
my place is fine...although the fire is less than 5 miles from me.
40 homes are been burnt just behind Barefoot Landing...The House
of Blues is now a Red Cross Evacuation center.

crazy morning here at the radio station. will check in later.

You being on a tether and not being able to leave Myrtle Beach, in case of evacuations...should we say our good-byes now?

I'd say that Jim has enough beer to put out most wildfires, but I don't foresee him pouring beer on them........

just found out a friend of mine lost her house....firemen pounded
on her door at 2 am...she grabbed her dogs and got out...she can't go
back yet, she's at a Red Cross shelter, but she has been told to
"prepare for the worst"

Sorry for those folks who lost houses. The bright side is the fire can only burn so far East. Watch some dumb ass ask why.

Not straight from the bottle, but maybe after he's run it through his system?

better news this morning....no more homes burned overnight (70 is where it stands).....fire is now 50 percent contained.

Well Jim don't let your guard down, if they tell you to get out, don't F around, pick up Simba and come up to VA!
