I’ve been trying to learn to make a decent pizza crust. This one came out pretty good. My wife finally liked it. It was a cold rise for 48 hours. It could have been stretched thinner which would have made it bigger but I wanted a little thicker crust.
I made three dough balls from the dough recipe (50%, then 25% and 25% for the kids)
The pizzas were cooked on a stone. One of the pizzas was already in the oven before I started taking pictures of the dough.

I used two different cameras. I couldn’t get one to focus correctly.
