dang that looked good! Who's your little buddy at the end?
Waiting on the recipe...I love mexican food, especially anything
that has verde in the title.
 
I didn't use a recipe at all.. I can make one for yall though. Let me compose one and I'll post it later...

Oh and the little buddy at the end is shaughnessy our 4 year old nice pitbull...house dog... ;)
 
La jefesota loves enchiladas verdes and enchiladas suizas, but I can't recall ever using 'cued chicken to make them for her. We've got some from the Fourth too, and I'll be stealing your idea for tomorrow's dinner.
