Elvis Pancakes

Late posting, I've been busy.
I know many have done this. This afternoon I got to thinking about pancakes and even so much that I wanted them for dinner. When I mentioned this to my wife she suggested banana pancakes so, thats what I made this evening. Nothing else, just buttermilk and banana pancakes. They were possibly some of the best I've ever made. Oh, the reason I called them "Elvis Pancakes" is that my wife had hers smeared with peanut butter. Looked god so, I had some the same way. Tasty!!!
The only problem is that I'm not sure if I can find the batter recipe I used to mix up this batch. I made the batter(dry)a while back and stuck it on the shelf. They sure were good!

Re: Elvis Pancakes

Smeared with peanut butter sounds excellent to me! Nice looking cakes.
