My wife cooked up Bruce's spuds that he served at the 07 Jack. The family gathering almost cleaned them out before I got some.
Great stuff.

Bruce's JD Spuds

2 pound frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tps salt
1/2 tps black pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups Colby cheese, grated
16 oz sour cream
garlic pepper

1. Preheat oven at 350*. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking
spray. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese. Gently mix
in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish. Bake uncovered at 350*
for 35 minutes.

Hey Rag sounds good. Fortunantly I aint a visual type learner so that recipe in print works just fine for me. Thanks. Now if anybody ever axe you whut kinda food you got there tell em it's Mormon Funeral Tates. They also eat green jello, Kraft Mac N Cheese and drink Pepsi. Interesting factoids about the dish on Google.
