Why would you leave bell peppers out of any cajun food? Something is going on... Carry on... :D
 
B peppers in gumbo Yes In my crawfish NO. Its the way my grandmaw & mom made it & I like that way.

I tryied hoppin it up & It sucked.

The few restaurants here that serve it, Make it just like mine.... BOY
 
Ah look good there JB. My kind of cooking. Wife is trying to decide to cook a creole, gumbo or a fettucine with the crawfish we had left from Saturday night.
