Well it’s not Q but it is comfort food the snow is falling and the wind is blowing…Boiled up some Polish Sausage

Mixed up a batch of Tate noodles from scratch

After the noodles were cooked fried them with some butter, garlic and sauerkraut.

Dinner is served with some nice NY Rye on the side and Grandmas Chili Sauce.

JB you made some boys happy with an autograph pic and a big bottle of Louisiana hot sauce.

Potatoe noodles...Cups grated potatoes, 3 eggs, enough flour to bind, a pinch of salt...use a spoon to drop into boiling water..when they float they are done....At least thats what grandma used to say
