If i grind my beans to a finer finished product...does that intensify the flavor or does that not have anything to do with it!? :?

Uh oh, the "cuss word" filter isn't working! It let damn go through!!! Poopie! :-D

Thanks Jaybo...I have a Capress burr grinder...had been grinding at 5 1/2 and it was ok...I am currently using Seattles Best "house" blend...today I knocked it up to 6 1/2...the grind was finer and did produce a "better" tasting cup.

Tomorrow I will punch it up another notch...I love espresso and owned a Krups pump unit for a number of years but recently sold it in a gargae sale. It surprises me how poorly restaurants make their espressos and cappies...poor crema or no froth...BOOOO!!! :(

Thanks again for the advice...I am a coffee lover!
