Did our yearly Christmas brunch at the house with the whole family.. We had the usual ham along with crab stuffed mushrooms, fruit salad, bacon wrapped chicken dipped in chipolte powder/brown sugar with a blue cheese marmalade dipping sauce, Panatone (sp?) egg/bread pudding, sausage, and these little treats (Ansd more stuff I forgot). They are pretzel rolls and marco polo rolls hollowed out, then stuffed with sausage and cheese, then an egg is cracked on the top, then they are baked. When they came out they were topped with more cheese and a hollandaise sauce. They were a huge hit. The next time we make them we will do some with ham and other stuffings...

The wife gets credit for these...

Sounds like a great brunch, and makes me feel really lazy and unaccomplished.
