Chili Cook Off

Friend and I are doing a Chili cook off this weekend, should be a blast. We both have never done one before so it should be interesting. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
Thanks

Is that the kind of chili with no beans and no particles that wouldn't pass through a sieve? My chili would never make it -- it's got lots of pintos and big chunks of other tasty stuff.

Good luck, Chris, have a fun cook.

(When I go to a Hard Times Cafe and they bring out the chili sampler, I sample it 'cause it's there, but then I order a burger.)
