Since this is a BBQ forum, I’ll start by saying I had left over ribs for breakfast. After watching Sapo’s carnitas video back in March, I decided I needed a discada and finally got it a couple of weeks ago. Invited my daughter to come over and make her chicken tacos for its initial cook. Began by seasoning the discada all morning over my pit firebox – nothing else is big enough. Will post the recipe in recipe section. Think the discadas next adventure will be normal oriental stir fry when the zukes are ready in a couple of days.

WoW, that is so cool.. I'm glad you got a discada... You can use it for all kinds of cookin...Looks like yall are off to a great start!!! Congrats!!!! :D
