Picked up a couple of Choice Sirloin Cube Steaks from the butcher for Chicken Fried Steaks. We decided one was big enough to split, that thing was so tender it could be cut with a fork, best I've ever had.

It was a tossup between the biscuit or mashed potatoes, taters won. I later put gravy on the biscuit. I could not believe how tender and tasty that was, a world of difference between it and a supermarket product.
