Cappy to be interviewed by Essence magazine

more national exposure for the darling of the bbq world.
I assume they'll keep me in the article on competition bbq
even though I'm white...not sure. Essence is targeted to
African Americans. Hopefully they'll have the story on their
website too.

Finney would have been a much better interview for an African American magazine.
