So all this stuff is not for cooking, but to add later... I knew that. The same thing about Mexican Food resturants...No Mexican cooks. Leave!!!

Thats why its mo betta to let Tex-Mex folks who are cajuns at heart to do the cajun cooking. They know how to heat it up where it makes a person sweat propaly:)
