Another fine JB production. For a real treat..hit the CB with a little smoke for a few hours then cook it...and smoke the cabbage as well..
 
Hey CK.... :shock: .. That's one of my favorite meals... I've never tried it like that with andoulle and wine.. I usually steam the meat and add the cabbage at the end. I want to try your style out.. BYW.. I got my 2 pizza stones today. Just waiting on the docker, and peels...
