Brisket Chili
I had a couple of smoked points left in the freezer so I brought them into work and made chili tonight for the guys at the Firehouse.
Here is what I did:
2 brisket points (around 3lbs of meat)
2 cans of diced tomato's with basil and garlic
2 cans of black beans
1 can of corn
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
1 large can of beef broth
chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
chipolti mix
red pepper flakes
2 pans of corn bread
The guys ate it up. Everyone loved it  . The best part about cooking at work is, the cook doesnt clean up .

Actually, since this is in the GD section, I don't think the following the topic rules apply. Feel free to fill in the punchlines. Let me start with..
"when you said burnt ends, were you referring to Puff?"
