feeling all country this morning so I broke out the cast iron



had some leftover grits in the fridge from a lowcountry schrimp creole thingy I made for poker night (2 morons didn't like grits and just ate
the creole thingy...stupid yankees)
Ever fried grits? Basically it's polenta cakes....plop em in the
bacon grease and let em get crusty on the outside, hot and
creamy inside.

I wish I lived in Myrtle Beach this morning, cause I'd be at Cappy's having a country breffus!
