cold here yesterday, so I got the craving for one of my
favorite meals....was tired from the weekend, so I just
used canned pintos and great northerns.
Started with hog jowl bacon, big ol onion, and Scott's vinegar
after the bacon was cooked, browned the onion in the grease,
and then poured off most of the grease...added the beans
toasted some english muffins, added it all together and it really
hit the spot
